Description
The Business Analyst role reports to the Engineering Manager
of App1.0 Team and is part of a team responsible for managing the business
processes and systems required to bring a solution to market and managing the
solution through to end of life and end of service. During that lifecycle,
measuring the performance of the solution in the market is critical and the
Business Analyst will be responsible for the reporting of key performance
indicators and managing the portfolio scorecards.
Since the Solutions Management teams are primarily located
in Scotland and Canada, this role might require monthly international travel
during the first 3 months.
Key Skills:
•Very strong Data Reporting and Analysis skills – includes ability
to present complex data analysis in a straightforward and engaging way.
•Working knowledge of accounting terminology as it relates
to program and business P&Ls.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
•Good knowledge of the Financial Services solutions and
products.
•Ability to take the initiative in solving problems and
tenacity to drive them through to resolution.
•Quality orientation with an attention to detail.
•Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple different
tasks, projects and responsibilities.
Qualifications
Relevant Bachelor/ master degree
